The letter addresses all tasks effectively, but there are minor grammatical errors and awkward phrasing. The coherence and cohesion are generally good, though some transitions could be smoother. Vocabulary is adequate but lacks variety.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this to you to express my concern regarding the raise of rent price without any notice beforehand.
This morning, I was unexpectedly served an email notifying an outstanding bill for my rented property. To my dismay, one of your colleagues mentioned that my payment for this
month
was in deficit. It became apparent that this came from a $200 per month
increase of
rental fee.I have been a reliable lessor since moving in to your premises two years ago. My rent is fully paid
prior to
the due date, the house is clean and maintain at all times, and I have never received any complaints from the Building Manager or neighbours. I feel this unanticipated increase is unjustifiable considering my behaviour as a tenant. Furthermore, the lease aggreement
also stated a 30-day notice for any changes in rental price.I think any rent changes have to be announced the tenant ahead of time. I am very disappointed with the treatment I was getting. Nevertheless, I believe the ideal solution would be lowering the raise to only $100 per
month
, and this applies on next month
's billing cycle.I hope this matter will be resolved in the way both parties are satisfied. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Michelle
