Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to you to mention a few of my dissatisfaction regarding your
resort
's service. I am a guest at your resort
and I have booked an all-inclusive stay. I have also been told that plenty of amenities were available and had already been included in the booking.However, a few amenities were not available such as bar soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. This made my view of the
resort
looked unprofessional as they should have told their customers beforehand. This would not have affected my stay as much but
it did, because
I did not pack my toothbrush nor toothpaste with me. Which then became a hassle to me as I had to go out and purchase one.With all due respect, I request a partial refund for my inconvenience. I hope the management will be able to give me a partial refund as it would change my perspective of your
resort
