Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inquire about a time shifting for my career appointment with you at 11 am on Friday.
Yesterday, I got a car accident when I was driving from university to home. I lost the control of my car's wheels because of the melting ice, as a result, my car fell in to the ditch. Although, there is no damaged caused to my head or body, my arms are broken. The doctor told me I need to stay in the hospital for a couple of days to check the ability of my arm;
therefore
I am not able to attend the meeting at tomorrow.I know this month is the graduation month, and your appointment is fully reserved until the second Friday of April. I would like to book another meeting with you on April 9th.
Lastly, please accept my sincere apologies for the time changing about my meeting.
