Hope this letter finds you well. Firstly, Thank you for sending me an invitation letter for the conference you organized and giving me an opportunity to present my ideas in front of the audience. I was thinking this for a long time but since last 6 months
there was no meetings
held.But now I have a chance not only to show my talent but also to impress other employees, So I would definitely be there for presenting some brilliant ideas for the technological innovations. I already started preparing myself for this event because I have
plethora
of ideas, I want to share with all company Managers and supervisors. Hope you would like the content and think about it to implement in company plans.However, I am little confused about the length and the format of presentation. Therefore, I request you to provide me with these details so that I can explain according to the timing. Could you please answer my email whenever you are free, it would help me to prepare the final draft of my presentation
