I hope you are well.

I'd

like to thank you for choosing me as the tenant of your beautiful

apartment

. As you know, I am currently in the process of moving in, but I

couldn't

help but notice a few structural problems with the unit.

First off, I believe

there's

a leaking problem in the bathroom that causes water bubbles to form within the walls that I

can't

seem to get rid of. A slightly

moldy

smell is developing because of it

and

I am afraid this might be hazardous to my health if I do not address this right away. Second, the window facing the street has a large crack in the middle

and

it seems to shake whenever a large truck passes by. This may pose a threat during bad weather and might even break entirely if not fixed.

With these things considered, I am urgently requesting for your assistance in having one of the maintenance men come to have this matter addressed immediately.
