Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. I want to thank you
to
giving me
opportunity
to be a volunteer in Megan festival. The experience I gained while working there is unforgettable. I have learnt many new things about organizing a function.
I was responsible to manage crowds in music event from 7th of July (Monday) to 12th July( Friday).
Initially I was quite confused, but I
really
appreciate that your
team
guided me patiently even though I was new, they explained details about the event and my duties in
well formed
structure.
However, I would like to suggest a few things to improve a contributor experience. First, when I was signing up to participate, HR did not ask me for my valid ID. While I understand this could be due to short-term contract, but I still believe that it is essential for gathering where people trust to served by reputed supporter. Moreover, there is no proper dress code for helpers. I had to search all over the place for one of my
team
members. If there would be a dress code
then
it would be easier for a
team
to distinguish their
team
member
from a crowd, that can help to make our whole experience more enjoyable.
In the end, all I want to say is that “Thank you for giving me such a great opportunity” to work in such a big festival . I hope to meet you in the future as well.
yours sincerely,
Harman
