Dear Sir
I am writing to provide you with the feedback of newcomer's onboarding
process
. According to the complex policies of our company
we are bit
behind of our plan.First of all, the onboarding
process
has several steps that new employess
must follow. Such as, Online application , Interview, Drug test, Medical check
, Background check
, etc. As we closely work with youngsters we have to go through applicants
child vulnerability check
as well. After all these done
they can join our team.The particular area affected by this
process
is the counselling section for kids. As our new hired is for minor counsellings. Due to short staff
we have to do some extra arrangements meanwhile they are in process
.In my opinion we can
make this
process
faster
or there could be some expidation
process
. For example, we can talk to the background check
authorties
to fasten the process
. As per my knowldge
that
is the only section which takes extra time.I hope we will see our new employees soon!
