Dear Mr. Rob,
I am very disappointed that I have to do this, as the lecture needs to be rescheduled at the conference. My truly apologies to the whole team, because of a family emergency, I am unable to be present there at the conference hall to provide the lecture, but it was an honour to be chosen for this big opportunity.
I hope that some other dates can be arranged by the head office, as I would be able to cooperate with any date decided further in next month. Most probably the suitable dates are on weekends, but can still make it work for others too.
I understand that this is a short notice for the modifications, as you have to make some arrangements as well. Again, please excuse for the disruption and inconvenience you had with this act. Thank you, so
much
for your understanding and patience, I appreciate that.Your's Sincerley,
Dora Lee
