Dear Mr. Rob,
I am very disappointed that I have to do
this
as the lecture needs to be rescheduled at the conference. My truly apologies to the whole team
because of a family emergency, I am unable to be present there at the conference hall to provide the lecture, but it was an honour to be choosen
for this big opportunity.I hope that some other dates can be arranged by the head
office
as I would be able to cooperate with any date decided further in next month. Most probably the suitable dates are on weekends, but can still make it work for others too.I understand that this is a short notice for the
modifications
as you have to make some arrangements as well. Again, I am sorry for
the disruption and inconvenience you had with this act. Thank you, so much for your understanding and patience i
