Dear Mr. Holiday,
I've
got a reservation in your Holiday Hotel last wee, I have already
payed
but the final booking file description
doesn't
match with the
charateristics
showed in the
web site
: the reservation
confirm
you sent me by email talks about a small camera with a bathroom, while the list written in your official page includes the free access to the swimming pool and the breakfast - both of them specifically involved in the prize!
Of course, this
unconvenient
situation represents a problem to
me, because
I've
chosen your hotel to get relax in the swimming pool area and for the apparently cheap prize, considering the services it shoud
have offered. This is very unprofessional from you and for your staff. For the reasons just explained,
I'll
ask you a
refund for the camera booked or the supplementation of the missing services I've
written about.
