got a reservation in your Holiday Hotel last week, I have already

but the final booking file description
doesn't
match with the
charateristics
showed in the

: the first one talks about a small camera with a bathroom, while the list written in your official page includes the free access to the swimming pool and the breakfast - both of them specifically involved in the prize!
The missing details in my reservation suggest me
that I have payed
for something I can't
enjoy at whole.Of course, this inconvenient situation represents a problem to me
