I hope this letter finds you well,
I have been residing at one of your rental
apartmanents
in Burwood South Street number 55 for the past six months and
l
have come to love it, however
l
have noticed a huge accumulation of
trash
around the
apartment
building since the moving in of three other tenants in July.
It appears that the
trash
bins are not enough comparing to the number of people in the building.This has caused some health concerns
around
everyone, there is
flies everywhere and bad odour coming from the trash
area. Some of the trash
is being swept away by the wind all over the yard causing litter everywhere and a threat to the ecosystem.Due to the shortage of
trash
bins
some of the tenants have to beg the neighbours to throw their trash
together with theirs because there is not enough space in ours.I have reached out to the house supervisor before concerning this matter but no action has been taken , hence
l
have taken it upon myself to reach out to you. I am looking foward
to your cooperation in addressing this matter. It is clear that we need more trash
bins
at least 3 more and
we might need to have excess disposal space to catch up with the logback
.We will highly
appreciate
if this matter is treated urgently.Regards
