The letter addresses all the bullet points but contains several grammatical errors and awkward phrasing. Coherence and cohesion are generally maintained, but the letter could be more logically organized. Vocabulary is adequate but lacks variety and precision.

Dear Jiya,
Hope you are doing pretty well, It has been a long time since
i
saw you last. Huge
appologies
to postpone the dinner party I have planned at my home for the upcoming weekend. Unfortunately, the dinner needs to be planned some other day due to a mishappening in
neighbourhood
. A critical accident took place right beside my house and the road is blocked by the city of Vancouver until it got fixed.
However, parking would be considered as a big issue for every guest visiting. As people were coming from far
away
it seems to be really difficult to get here via public transport or taxis. It has been decided by me and my family that changing the date to a new one is the best resolution to this issue.
Whereas, some modifications to the menu and the theme are made
so
the party would be based on authentic north Indian. You can arrange your clothing accordingly. I really
appologize
for any inconvenience you will have with this
change
I know you have to make some arrangements as well.
Thankyou
so much for
you
understanding in advance.
Your beloved,
Kirti
