Dear Friends,
I hope you are doing good. I am writing to inform you about the change in schedule for the
beach
day
we have planned on upcoming Sunday, 24th March.Firstly, I want to apologize for
last minute
change in our beach
plan. Yesterday I received a phone call from the Mr. Steven, hotel manager which we have booked for a day
which is nearby the beach
informing about the high tides that are predicted by the weather forcast
department.Secondly, he has updated the new dates and that is 3rd of April, Sunday. I have confirmed our booking
and
now we are set for our beach
day
. Also please
carry all the required items like a hat, towel to shower after playing at the beach
and an extra pair of clothes.Finally, there are a few changes in the activities which
was
earlier planned. For example, scuba diving was planned and
now it is not included in our beach
day
as there are restrictions imposed due to high tides. However, instead of scuba diving
we have organised
a dolphin sightseeing show.I hope everyone will be able to join
and
please reach out to me if any queries. Please note the updated schedule. See you at the beach
