Dear Expo Line,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received on your Expo line service on 3rd August from Vancouver to Surrey.
I boarded the
bus
at 11 AM, expecting to arrive in Surrey at 12 PM. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the bus
experienced a significant delay
of two hours. This unexpected delay
caused considerable inconvenience and disruption to my plans.The lack of communication regarding the
delay
was particularly frustrating. Passengers were left uninformed about the reason for the delay
and the estimated time of arrival. This lack of information created a sense of uncertainty and anxiety among the passengers.Furthermore, the conditions on the
bus
during the delay
were less than satisfactory. Lack of air conditioning was a major factore
that made this delay
worst. These factors exacerbated the overall negative experience.I believe that this level of service is unacceptable, and I expect a full explanation of the circumstances that led to this
delay
. Additionally, I would like to request Compensation, such as a refund or voucher as a gesture of goodwill.I have attached a copy of my
