Dear Colleague;

I'm writing this letter with the sole purpose of thanking you for the help you have offered with the previous conflict I have had at work.

As you may remember, the conflict was caused by miscommunication. I had not received the memo of the minutes I was meant to sign. So when the

supervisor

arrived yelling with a disastrous attitude, I was not able to gather the words to explain myself due to the troubles I am facing at home currently.

Just then, you stood up for me, explaining the whole situation to the

. Quickly, he

apologised

and promised this miscommunication would not happen again.

This was

and me. Now, thanks to you, the communication at work improved completely, meaning that there won't be any other worker
