The letter effectively addresses the task with clear details and praise, but contains some grammatical errors and lacks a formal closing. Vocabulary is varied but could be more precise, and coherence is generally good, though some sentences could be more concise.

Dear Agency Manager,
I
wanted
to
give
a feedback
about the recently planned trip to Madrid that
me and my family
experienced throughout the last week. First of
all
I
wanted
to thank you for the agency service and the
meticolousness
of the planning. The detailed booking of each activity has been perfect and allowed us to
enjoy
every bit of the city while still exploring as much as possible. Most importantly, the best service that your agency provided was the scheduling of museum visits. Your agency accurately picked the best time slots for visiting these historical sites, allowing us to learn the history behind the art expositions in a completely stress-free and not crowded environment. Even our children, despite their scepticism,
enjoyed
the wonderful work of arts and the ambience of these museums.
Moving onto the
restaurants
reservations, we especially
enjoyed
the typical
food
that we had the opportunity to taste. One improvement tip that we thought about was giving the possibility to the client of expressing further their
food
preferences to avoid getting to a
resturant
with a small choice of
food
to decide from. For example, my wife does not
enjoy
eating seafood but most of the typical
food
in Spain includes crustaceans, leaving her with little to no choice when ordering in the restaurant.
Othen than that, I
want
to stress again how the whole experience has been wonderful
and
we
want
to thank you again for the
meticolous
planning and detailed
informations
that were given to us, allowing us to experience the city not as tourists but as locals.
