This diagram
ilustrates
the average price of residential property per square meter for year 2017 and 2020 between New York, London, Tokyo, Paris, and Berlin. Starting from the highest
average
which is New York.
On
the year of 2017 the cost was 12.000 for each square meter. While in the 2020, we see a rise
of
cost to 12.000. This surge of price also happens
to
other countries like Tokyo, Paris, and Berlin.
Suprisingly
, London, with the
second highest
average, has a downfall from 10.000 to 9.500. This decrease
of
cost
js
very unlikely since the other countries are rising. Tokyo with the price of 8.000 in 2017, for the year 2020 it also has a rise of price same as New York with a difference of 500. This 500 difference in price also happens to Berlin as the holder of the lowest average price out of all the countries mentioned, with 7.000
on
the year 2017.
Paris
on the other hand, has the lowest fluctuation. In 2017, Paris cost for residential was 9.000. While in 2020, the cost is 9.200, making it the lowest price difference of all with just 200.
