The data compares the percentages of participants involved in football, basketball, tennis, and swimming groups in five countries in the year 2022.
Overall, playing football was by far the most popular activity among all except for
Japanese
, who liked swimming. On the other hand, basketball and tennis were the least
favored
compared to other sports.
Starting with soccer, it was
on
the first place in four
countries
resulting
on
half of the players were Australians. This made Australia the country with the highest number of football players, and then the United States was
on
the second place (45%),

Kingdom (40%), Germany (35%). However, the situation was different for
Japan
where half of its people
practiced
swimming reflected on recording the lowest percentage of football players (20%).
For instance, swimming had become the second desired activity among the rest of the
countries
showing a difference of 5% less than football groups. Moreover, basketball and tennis clubs were at the bottom
lists
varying 5% when ranking the countries. In terms of percentages, basketball players were found the least in
Japan
with only 10%. Similarly, the total number of tennis players were the lowest in
America
counting 15% only.
