The chart illustrates the statistics on completion rates of
secondary
education in different countries like Canada, UK, China, Mexico, Russia and South Korea from 2000 to 2015. The data is measured in percentage.
To
analayze
the given table, we begin by taking a closer look at the data presented
and
it is very clear that the percentage of
secondary
education was significantly increased over the years.
In 2000, South Korea had the largest number of students completing their
secondary
education to up 85% whereas Mexico had the least to around 55%. In addition, the students in other
counteries
like Canada, UK, China, and Russia accounted for 75%, 70%, 60%, and 80% respectively.
Over the span of 5 years, there was
gradual
spike in the percentage of students who finished
secondary
education. In 2005, the percentage of students with
secondary
education in Canada increased to 78%,
UK
to 72%, Mexico to 57%, Russia to 82%, and South Korea to 87%. The significant growth was seen in China from 60% to 65%. Moreover, the percentage continued to rise in 2010 in all the above countries.
According to the given table, the
maximumum
percentage of school pupils who completed their
secondary
school in 2015 was 90% in South Korea and
minimum
was 62% in Mexico.
