The Given Graph illustrates the changes in the obesity rate in the USA, Canada, Germany and Japn from 2005 to 2015.
Overall
All
the four countries have a similar
increasing
trend.
USA having
highest
obesity rate of 30% in 2005
increased
continuously to 33% in 2008 and dropped to 32% in 2009. Again there was
a
increasing
trend , but a slight drop from 36% to 35% in 2013 . It finally settled at 38
%
continuing to be the country with
highest
obesity rate.
Canada had
25
% obesity rate in 2005 . It
increased
to 33% in 2015. It was a continuous growing graph without any drops. Similar trend with Germany too. Germany had
20
% obesity rate in 2005 and went up to 30% in 2015.
Japan had the most stable and steady graph.
it
had
10
% obesity rate in 2005 and went up to 14% in 2015. Japan had the least difference of 4% increase in 10 years while all other countries had a difference of 8%. Since the rate of increase in obesity was similar in all four countries, the positions have been same as the start.
US
